Ruling on Support Communists
It is not permissible for a Muslim to associate with those of corrupted beliefs—such as Communists, Alawites (Nusayris), Druze, and Qadianis — or those of ill character, unless there is a legitimate religious benefit. This is to avoid the risk of their beliefs influencing him, his character deteriorating through their company and social interaction, or, at the very least, becoming a subject of suspicion and accusation.
This is in accordance with the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): “The similitude of good company and that of bad company is that of the owner of musk and of the one blowing bellows. As for the owner of musk, you would either buy from him; he would offer you free of charge; or you would smell its pleasant odor. As for the one who blows the bellows, he would either burn your clothes, or you shall have to smell its repugnant smell.” (Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim). Furthermore, it is not permissible to support them in falsehood, as that constitutes cooperating in sin and transgression. Allah the Almighty said: “And do not cooperate in sin and transgression.”
Whoever mingles with them or aids them in their deviation has acted wrongly and unjustly in proportion to his loyalty and support for them. It is his duty to advise them and guide them to the truth if he is qualified to do so; if they take the advice, then praise be to Allah, otherwise, he must avoid them.
لا يجوز أن يتعرف المسلم بمن فسدت عقيدتهم لغير مصلحة شرعية، كالشيوعية والنصيرية والدروز، والقاديانيين، ومن ساءت أخلاقهم؛ مخافة أن تسري عقائدهم إليه، أو تسوء أخلاقه بعشرتهم ومجالستهم، أو يكون موضع ريبة وتهمة على الأقل، وعملاً بقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: إنما مثل الجليس الصالح وجليس السوء كحامل المسك ونافخ الكير، فحامل المسك إما أن يحذيك وإما أن تبتاع منه، وإما أن تجد منه ريحًا طيبة، ونافخ الكير إما أن يحرق ثيابك، وإما أن تجد منه ريحًا منتنة رواه البخاري ومسلم، ولا يجوز له أيضًا تأييدهم في الباطل؛ لما في ذلك من التعاون على الإثم والعدوان، وقد قال تعالى: وَلاَ تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ ، ومن خالطهم أو أعانهم على انحرافهم فقد أساء وظلم بقدر موالاته إياهم وتأييده لهم، وعليه أن ينصحهم ويرشدهم إلى الحق إن كان أهلاً لذلك، فإن انتصحوا فالحمد لله وإلا اجتنبهم.
